**Who is the Data Controller?**

We are Inspi-Raci, located at Brožíkova 959, Stříbro, 34901, and we operate the website www.inspi-raci.cz. We process your personal data as the data controller, meaning we determine how personal data is processed, for what purposes, and for how long. We also select any additional processors who assist us in processing.

- According to Article 13 GDPR, we fulfill our information obligation before starting the processing of personal data.
- We will enable and support you in exercising your rights under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

**Scope of Personal Data and Processing Purposes**

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This may include your name and contact details. We process only the information you provide us for the following purposes:

- **Service Provision and Contract Fulfillment**: We need your personal data (name, email, phone number) to fulfill our contract, such as communication regarding event arrangements.
- **Accounting**: If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing details) to meet legal requirements for issuing and recording tax documents.
- **Marketing – Sending Newsletters**: We use your personal data (email, name), gender, click data, and email open times for direct marketing and sending promotional messages. If you are our customer, we do this based on legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our updates, for up to 3 years from the last order. If you are not a customer, we send newsletters only based on your consent, for up to 3 years from the consent. You can withdraw this consent using the unsubscribe link in every email.
- **Photographic Documentation**: For example, documentation of our live meetings or events.

We retain your personal data for the duration of limitation periods, unless the law specifies a longer retention period or we state otherwise in specific cases.

**Cookies**

While browsing our website, your IP address, duration of your stay on the page, and the referring page are recorded. We use cookies to measure website traffic and tailor website displays to your preferences. Cookies for advertising targeting will be processed only based on your consent.

In the future, we may choose to use additional applications or processors to facilitate and improve processing. We promise to ensure that these processors meet at least the same security and quality standards as we do.

- **Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)**: You can request the deletion of all your personal data from our system and that of any processors within 10 days.
